Offered for sale is a 1995 Rolex GMT-Master, reference 16700, featuring the iconic Pepsi bezel and one of the last single-time-zone GMT movements ever produced by Rolex.

The 16700 occupies a unique place in Rolex history as the final GMT-Master before the line was discontinued in favor of the GMT-Master II. Produced from 1988 to 1999, it retained the classic fixed-hour-hand GMT functionality while benefiting from modern upgrades like a sapphire crystal and the proven Caliber 3175. 

This is an honest collector-grade example that has been thoughtfully preserved over the years. It retains its original unpolished case, showing honest wear throughout the lugs, case sides, bracelet, and clasp—exactly what many collectors prefer over an overly refinished example.

One of the standout features of this watch is its Swiss-only service dial from the 1990s. Often referred to by collectors as a “Tritinova” configuration, it pairs a luminova Swiss-only service dial with the original tritium hands and a period-correct Pepsi bezel insert, giving the watch a unique transitional appearance while maintaining an era-correct aesthetic.

Mechanically, the watch is performing exceptionally well. It is currently running at approximately +8 seconds per day with an amplitude of 281°, indicating a healthy movement that does not require servicing.
